Mindful Colouring - Mandala

Mindful colouring often known as a mandala are the perfect activity often used as art therapy to alleviate stress and increase focus. These have been great for my kids (and myself) to slow down and enjoy the simple process of colouring in. These are made on 6mm ply wood so once complete they can be then used as a cute shelf sitter or put on the wall to display.

These measure - 28cm x 28cm.

As with all natural wood, grain and colour can vary. 

Add the gorgeous life of colour paint pens which have flexible brush tips which allow for both thin and thick brush strokes. These are very versatile pens that can paint on virtually any surface for future art projects.
